Second to the site JSYK(Just So You Know), on February 19 at 5 p.m. Tim Burton will introduce the cast members of Alice in Wonderland at the Hollywood and Highland Center, Los Angeles city, with a show performed by Metro Station, Never Shout Never, Family Force 5, 3OH!3 and Kerli, all featuring Almost Alice, the movie’s promotional album which will be released on March 2, three days before Alice in Wonderland.

Guests will be able to have a virtual experience which will give them the possibility to be in Wonderland and also appreciate the Hollywood and Highland Center all-themed in the movie. Unfortunately, this show is only going to be presented in L.A.

Segundo o site JSYK(Just So You Know), no dia 19 de Fevereiro às 5 horas da tarde Tim Burton apresentará os membros do elenco de Alice no País das Maravilhas no Hollywood and Highland Center, cidade de Los Angeles, com um show performado por Metro Station, Never Shout Never, Family Force 5, 3OH!3 e Kerli, todos participando do Almost Alice, o álbum promocional do filme que será lançado no dia 2 de Março, três dias antes de Alice no País das Maravilhas.

Os convidados poderão ter uma experiência virtual que os dará a possibilidade de estar no País das Maravilhas e também apreciar o Hollywood and Highland Center todo tematizado no filme. Infelizmente, esse show só será exibido em L.A.

At February 2nd ,the music video for Tea Party was still in post production as you can read from MoonChildMeko’s Twitter: “Kerli’s new music video for ‘Tea Party’ is now in post production”. The videoclip was directed by Justin Harder and was performed by Kaila Yu and Kitt.e.KATT from Nylon Pink, Vespertine and the dancers: Parish, Jessey and Cassie. Tori Unicorn and Roxin Contin provided the makeup and the clothes, respectively.

The song is very Electronic and Pop, but it is still sounding like Kerli’s old songs like “Hurt Me”. Asked about the track and video, Vespertine, who also sing in the music, talks a bit on his Formspring: “I’m not singing in the video. My vocals are in the track, but if it was mixed correctly, then you’ll never hear them. I was in the video, but whether I appear in the final cut remains to be seen.[…] Originally, it started in response to a plastic tea set that we bought in Chinatown. The production and arrangement are more or less representative of what we thought a party song would sound like if it were to be thrown in some manner of magical kingdom. Club music for fairies.”

Em 2 de Fevereiro, a video para Tea Party ainda estava em pós-produção como vocês podem ler do Twitter de MoonChildMeko: “O novo vídeo da Kerli para Tea Party está agora em pós-produção”. O videoclipe foi dirigido por Justin Harder  performado por Kaila Yu e Kitt.e.KATT do Nylon Pink, Vespertine e os dançarinos: Parish, Jessey e Cassie. Tori Unicorn e Roxin Contin providenciaram a maquiagem e as roupas, respectivamente.

A canção é bastante Eletrônica e Pop, mas ainda está soando como as antigas músicas da Kerli como “Hurt Me”. Perguntado sobre a faixa e o vídeo, Vespertine, que também canta na música, fala um pouco em seu Formspring: “Eu não estou cantando no vídeo. Meus vocais estão na faixa, mas se eles foram mixados corretamente, você não os escutará. Eu estava no vídeo, mas se eu aparecer no corte final só resta ser visto.[...] Originalmente, começou em resposta a um jogo de chá de plástico que compramos em Chinatown. A produção e os preparativos são mais ou menos representativos do que imaginamos que uma canção de festa soaria se fôssemos descartados de algum jeito em um reino encantado. Club music para fadas.”
