It is exactly what you heard. Disney canceled the premier of Tea Party and now the video is expected to be released this Tuesday. Asked about any information, Kerli told yesterday on her formspring: “It was ready yesterday. I think it’s gonna be released on tuesday. Sorry it took so long, there’s been some crazyness around getting it ready.”

É exatamente o que ouviram. A Disney cancelou a estreia de Tea Party e agora o vídeo é esperado para ser lançado nessa Terça. Perguntada sobre qualquer informação, Kerli contou ontem em seu formspring: !Estava pronto ontem. Eu acho que vai ser lançado na Terça. Desculpem por levar tanto tempo, houveram algumas loucuras para deixar pronto.”

Second to MoonChildMeko, Disney will premier the Tea Party video tomorrow! The song is performed by Kerli to promote Almost Alice, which is at first place on most downloaded albums on iTunes stores this week, and Alice in Wonderland movie, both Disney’s productions. Stay tuned!

At March 2sd, Walt Disney Studios Italy Channel on YouTube posted a video recorded at February 27 in Milan with dancers coreographing Tea Party, Kerli’s new song for Almost Alice, the promo CD for Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland. Check this out.

No dia 2 de Março o canal do YouTube de Walt Disney Estúdios Itália postou um vídeo gravado no dia 27 de  em Milão com dançarinos coreografando Tea Party, a nova música da Kerli para Almost Alice, o CD promocional para o filme Alice no País das Maravilhas de Tim Burton. Confiram.

Yesterday, Kerli performed “Strange”, “Tea Party” and “Walking On Air” at the Hollywood and Highland Center. She was dressing clothes with Panda bear provided by Kerli herself and her costume stylist Miss Glaza, who also worked with the singer on Õllesummer Festival in Tallin last year. As you can realize, the performances were a bit different from the studio’s versions and Kerli got a harpist angel and Vespertine on keyboards to performe with her.

Ontem, Kerli performou “Strange, “Tea Party” e “Walking On Air” no Hollywood and Highland Center. Ela estava usando roupas com urso Panda providenciados pela própria Kerli e sua estilista Miss Glaza, que também trabalhou com a cantora no Õllesummer Festival em Tallin ano passado. Como vocês podem perceber, as performances foram um pouco diferentes das versões de estúdio e Kerli conseguiu uma harpista anjo e Vespertine nos teclados para se apresentar com ela.

Second to the site JSYK(Just So You Know), on February 19 at 5 p.m. Tim Burton will introduce the cast members of Alice in Wonderland at the Hollywood and Highland Center, Los Angeles city, with a show performed by Metro Station, Never Shout Never, Family Force 5, 3OH!3 and Kerli, all featuring Almost Alice, the movie’s promotional album which will be released on March 2, three days before Alice in Wonderland.

Guests will be able to have a virtual experience which will give them the possibility to be in Wonderland and also appreciate the Hollywood and Highland Center all-themed in the movie. Unfortunately, this show is only going to be presented in L.A.

At February 2nd ,the music video for Tea Party was still in post production as you can read from MoonChildMeko’s Twitter: “Kerli’s new music video for ‘Tea Party’ is now in post production”. The videoclip was directed by Justin Harder and was performed by Kaila Yu and Kitt.e.KATT from Nylon Pink, Vespertine and the dancers: Parish, Jessey and Cassie. Tori Unicorn and Roxin Contin provided the makeup and the clothes, respectively.

The song is very Electronic and Pop, but it is still sounding like Kerli’s old songs like “Hurt Me”. Asked about the track and video, Vespertine, who also sing in the music, talks a bit on his Formspring: “I’m not singing in the video. My vocals are in the track, but if it was mixed correctly, then you’ll never hear them. I was in the video, but whether I appear in the final cut remains to be seen.[…] Originally, it started in response to a plastic tea set that we bought in Chinatown. The production and arrangement are more or less representative of what we thought a party song would sound like if it were to be thrown in some manner of magical kingdom. Club music for fairies.”

Em 2 de Fevereiro, a video para Tea Party ainda estava em pós-produção como vocês podem ler do Twitter de MoonChildMeko: “O novo vídeo da Kerli para Tea Party está agora em pós-produção”. Eu estava no vídeo, mas se eu aparecer no corte final só resta ser visto.[...] Originalmente, começou em resposta a um jogo de chá de plástico que compramos em Chinatown. A produção e os preparativos são mais ou menos representativos do que imaginamos que uma canção de festa soaria se fôssemos descartados de algum jeito em um reino encantado. Club music para fadas.”

As you know, Kerli had already announced that will make a partnership with Tokio Hotel. The song they both performed to Tim Burton’s movie is called “Strange”. Kerli still performed and probably wrote by herself a song called “Tea Party”. Reminds you that the Estonian fairy has a pic on her MySpace named as “Welcome to the tea party”, posted some time ago. The soundtrack, that will be released in March 2nd, contains artists like Franz Ferdinand and Avril Lavigne and the lyrics or anything associated to it are still unknown, but we will keep an eye on it.
